I (Dan) went to this pizza place when I was a kid; it was called Arturo’s Brick Oven Pizza. We called it Bricks. I remember standing outside it with my friends the same night I got my first cell phone at 12 years old, waiting until after 9 p.m. to call my parents because we had unlimited minutes after 9 p.m.

I (Day), growing up in a little city on the coast of Ecuador, would watch movies about cute, perfect towns and wonder how amazing it would be to live there. Now that I live here, it’s such a privilege to say that I’m opening a second business in this town that I now call home.

We are ALMOST there! We are expecting to be open by the end of April. We couldn’t be more excited to show you FarmHouse; the space has taken such an insane uplift and we are even more excited to be part of your family dine-outs. Expect high-quality crispy and grilled chicken — thighs, drumsticks, nuggets — delicious sides, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Thank you to the uptown community and Montclair as a whole for the incredible support you’ve shown us since opening Dan & Day’s. We love uptown — we love living here, doing business here, and most of all — we love you, our amazing community.
